Bug Description

Related to this forum post: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1652666

I am finding that upon startup, sometimes the indicator-applet and/or indicator-applet-session either appear incomplete or glitched, and functionality is either partly or wholly lost.

To combat this, I either log out and log back in, or sometimes I can remove and then re-add a keyboard layout. I have not tried refreshing the Gnome panels by killing gnome-panels from terminal as I have not been able to reproduce this bug since I was informed of this workaround.

In case it is of relevance, empathy, tomboy and dropbox are all marked as startup applications. Also, I have a bluetooth adapter installed so this part of the applet is always present. I also have nvidia drivers and desktop effects enabled.

I will get some screenshots of this the next time I am able to reproduce the bug.
