Bug Description

I have some doubts on gnome fallback mode long term support in future gnome versions, and cinnamon and/or mate seems like sensible alternative. Except it has no global app menu i'm so used to. Hence i hope for indicator-applet / indicator-applet-appmenu to be ported to cinnamon. Judging by several easily googled out threads, i'm far from only one missing out mac style menu on panel in cinnamon. Can it be added?
