Actually, I'm not sure if this applies to the single data entry page or not. I'm not sure what this request is for. Can you be more specific about what you'd like changed.

No it is on the modular data entry page in position section , when we do change position there should be re-leaving date and joining date. Currently the leaving date is set bydefault the joining date to next facility but there may be the cases where a person has left but didnt joined anywhere else so to track that. we need both the dates here.

If someone leaves a position and isn't taking another one, then the best option is to record a departure since they are not changing positions. Then if they re-join, a new position can be added to them at a later time. I should be able to modify the form to include both dates at once if you'd prefer, but we should be sure that is the correct procedure. Ideally they should be removed on the date they leave so this shouldn't be an issue with the current system.

"Reason for departure" also needs to change to "reason for change"

Reason for departure has been changed to "reason for change" for the person position reason field. In bihar-manage rev 202.
