Bug Description

When rendering the 'hand16.uvf' file we distribute as example data using the 2D slicing renderer, a few slices at the edge of the dataset end up at the center and the entire data set gets shifted. This only occurs when rendering the higher resolution of the data, the coarse resolution looks as it should.

Seen on Linux/nvidia and OS X 10.6/nvidia so far. I have not been able to reproduce this with any other data set as of yet. Perhaps it's an issue with the older version UVFs we distribute via the website?

This bug shows up in all three stereo modes as well. Curiously, it only occurs in the left image when using the "Side by Side" stereo option.

Nevermind, there are other reproducers. Case 2 from the IEEE 2010 Vis contest data has a CT scan in it, and I can reproduce it with that data; plus I must have created that UVF recently, so it's probably not a "really old UVF" issue.

Also reproducible with an old data set from a collaborator... potentially every data set that has multiple resolutions?
