Bug Description
Our quantizing routines can expand data in some cases. In the attached screenshot, we are expanding the range [0, 63536] to [0,65535].
If a data stream "fits" in 16 bits, it would be nice not to touch it. That should increase the number of cases in which a user can associate data values from their data source with values in a TFqn.
