Bug Description
needed to install VC2008 redistributable package (+sp1) to get IV3D working -- both 1.3 *and* most recent devbuild!
Might want to investigate that 'bind to app' or whatever define that was semi-recently introduced into VC++.

I guess I fixed this a while back now... no issues on 32bit WinXP.
