Bug Description

*Numerous* users want to be able to render RGBA color volumes 'directly', i.e. without applying a transfer function.

This really just needs a custom shader. I'm thinking we can change the "1D Transfer Function" radio button in the "Rendering Options" tool widget to be "No Transfer function" in the case that we've loaded up color data. When that happens, we just load a different set of shaders which don't apply a transfer function.

Basic support is there, need to rewrite image loaders.
