OS X 64bit Cocoa build needed

Bug Description

We should build against Cocoa on the Mac, mostly so that we can provide 64bit OS X builds.

Currently, if we change the QT_MAC_USE_COCOA define in all of our project files, all of ImageVis3D builds fine against Qt/Cocoa. However, rotating the dataset makes ImageVis3D unresponsive. The issue appears to be a buildup of events; we never seem to get to a swap buffers until the stack unrolls, perhaps?
