r5rs values exported by rnrs library

Bug Description

It looks like the values in the (rnrs r5rs) library are exported by the (rnrs) composite library, although they shouldn't be according to Chapter 15 of the Standard Libraries report.

I removed the following identifiers in revision 1146:
exact->inexact
inexact->exact
quotient
modulo
remainder
string-set!
string-fill!

Please let me know if you run across more of these. I hope I got them all.

This bug report is about to be closed as the fix comitted
previously will be incorporated in the next 0.0.3 release of
Ikarus Scheme, scheduled for January 31, 2008. A release
candidate tarball is available for download from:
http://www.cs.indiana.edu/~aghuloum/ikarus/ikarus-0.0.3-rc1.tar.gz
Please do test it if you have the time and report any issues
you might encounter. Thank you very much for your support.
