Bug Description
Derick Eddington reports: Just to mention this in case this isn't intended, Ikarus is not detecting and raising &assertion as the R6RS 11.2.1 says it "should" when the continuation of a define expression is reinvoked.

Detection of returning twice into a define will be added for library top-level defines soon. For internal defines, it will take some time as I need to think of a good cheap strategy.
