Bug Description

I don't have the code any more that produced this error message (I fixed my error) but the reference to "fmls" seems rather opaque to the new user. Does "fmls" mean "formals"? What does it mean for formals to be invalid?

Unhandled exception
 Condition components:
   1. &error
   2. &who: expander
   3. &message: "invalid fmls"
   4. &irritants: (((pattern_vars pattern)))

Added better error descriptions when a non-identifier is found and when duplicate identifiers are found (revision 1100).
Prettier error messages qualify for another bug I guess.
