Bug Description

It seems that the modulo function breaks on large values. I found this while writing the "fasta" benchmark for the shootout. (I'm not sure yet whether I can work around it.)

Revision 984 fixes some parts of this bug.
Modulo of two bignum arguments still gives an error.
Will fix later.
