ikarus.boot should not have execute bit set

Bug #160096 reported by Michael D. Adams on 2007-11-05

Ikarus Scheme

Bug Description

The default install puts ikarus.boot in /usr/local/bin with the execute bit set (i.e. chmod +x). Since that file is not intended to be directly executed that bit should not be set on it.

Will move boot file out of /usr/bin as suggested in bug 160100.

Fixed in revision 1016.
    - ikarus.boot now goes to $prefix/lib/ikarus/ikarus.boot
    - location of bootfile is now hard-coded in the ikarus executable
    - pdf/README/COPYING/GPL-3 files go to $prefix/doc/ikarus/
    - Added a 1-line "scheme-script" script to bin.
