Add a print option to the record view

So that any record for a person or facility/institution can be easily printed. This may be addressed by creating a cleaner print template and adding a button that links to the browser's print capability.

The print template for a record has already been created, so the user can print a record by choosing Print from the browser's File menu. However, we may add a print button that links to this functionality to make this more clear.
