The Salary Change page doesn't work

Bug Description

When trying to change a salary the form forgets what person it is modifying. Also the initial page doesn't display information for the old salary details.

This is not a duplicate. The other bug was an issue with assigning a position. That has been fixed. This is an error with the salary page to change the salary without changing the position.

iHRIS_PageFormSalary in ManagePersonPosition needs to be updated to correct this bug.

This has been fixed in 4.1-dev rev 645. The templates needed to be updated to make sure the id and parent were being tracked through the process as well as some code changes to make sure things were populated at the correct time to set the end date on the previous salary.
