Bug Description
Ensure performance appraisals are conducted and rating information is captured. Develop appraisal information with the following attributes: goals, approval, personnel biodata, performance target rating, performance target changes, competency rating and overall rating from multiple supervisors. Development may be undertaken by Kenya team.
