Add more than one examination to a training

You would recall that in the NMCN site, we added Examination History
to display all previous examinations. However, I just realised that
for each training one can only enter one examination. If candidate
resits an examination in the same training, the only option at present
is to update the examination information but this would replace the
information of the previous examination.

Is there a way of adding more examinations to the Training Page just
like one can add more than one license to the same page without having
to add another module?

This is required in order to track previous examinations related to a particular training. At present, there is only the possibility to update the information which would not save information on earlier examinations for the same training.

A minor modification to be considered if possible.

At present, after one examination has been saved the link to add examination is no longer visible in the training form. After allowing for multiple examinations in the training form, it would be desirable if the link is no longer visible after either the examination result is "Pass" or a Graduation Date is entered. The later normally turns on the link to edit the Registration Form.
