Move the link to the Continuing Education form from the Training
>> form (../NMCN/view_training?id=training|xxx) to the Main record
>> (.../NMCN/view?id=person|xxx).

Continuing education is presently linked to a particular training but it is preferred that this should be linked to the person so that it can track CME activities throughout professional life.
