Bug Description

I wanna request to add Japanese translation.
I make partial( about 50%) translation in Japanese and a small utility tool.

The attachment is a small utility to handle catalog files.
It is dirty and quick shell script but it may be useful as start point.

translation process

cp proj.POT lang.po -> edit po -> translate to ts file

this is japanese po source file.

It should automatically generate TS file from po file by Makefile.
