Android Bluetooth: Fails to turn off BT

Bug Description

After successfully turn on BT paired with two different devices (initiated from the other device) trying to send and receive some file and restarted the device a few time (that is I have used the device with BT on for a while), it will fail to turn of bluetooth.

It does not happen every time.

Tried to follow the steps mentioned in bug description, except file transfer operation ( as SD card is not accessible for my setup).
Not able to reproduce the issue. Please share the corresponding logs.
