Sending text file over bluetooth fails. File transfer times out (as mentioned on UI notification)

Steps to reproduce:

From home screen pair a BT device(Used HTC phone)
Now select Bluetooth icon -> select paired device->send files->select a a text file (create one if not present)

Sending file never completes.
