IK 3.3 - B2R2 inteface changes broke Ubuntu Desktop

Since IK3.3 and changes in b2r2, only the HDMI frame buffer works on Ubuntu Desktop (we see the mouse pointer).
But X11 is broken and the Unity Desktop is not displayed at all.

Latest b2r2 works , no need to revert the patches

steps to get b2r2 working

1) Genarate linux*ux500-headers
2) install in usr/src/
3) b2r2 lib : complie for 3.3 kernel
4) install b2r2lib
5) x11-drv : compile for 3.3 with latest b2r2lib installed
6) .config : CONFIG_MCDE_DISPLAY_HDMI_FB_AUTO_CREATE=y

MCDE_hw.c : no changes
db8500_prcmu.c: no changes

note: build b2r2lib and x11-driver for 3.3 integration-ubuntu-kernel before placing into hwpack.
    order : first b2r2lib and then x11-driver

After couple of tries with reverting the API changes, this is now taken care of in the current kernel / b2r2lib / X.Org driver packages in the snowball PPA and will be a part of the next release.
