Snowball device does not bootup if USB cable for serial logs is not connected to device.
Using Android image :
https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/snowball-ics-gcc46-igloo-stable-blob/#build=339

Steps to reproduce:
--------
1. Flash android image on sd card
2. Setup: HDMI out connected to Monitor, Power supply connected
3. Press Power ON key(blue color)
Issue: Device never boots up.

Workaround: Connect USB cable used for serial logs to device and then bootup up device -> device boots up fine .
