Bug Description

The mali400-dev package doesn't include pkgconfig (.pc) files for EGL, GLES1 and GLES2. This makes it hard to build applications and libraries that use pkgconfig to query compilation flags for EGL/GLES*. Check the Mesa or omap4/SGX -dev packages for examples of such pkgconfig files.

Yes and no.

Yes. in the sense that pkgconfig files should be shipped in the mali400-dev debian/ubuntu package.

No, in the sense that pkg-config is the standard way to get build flags on all GNU/Linux distributions, and the majority of programs/libraries depend on them being present at build time.
