Bug Description

FTBFS because of deprecations in gtk3

I update the patch with passing the correct GtkOrientation to GtkBox constructor.
Also, just removing gtk_rc_parse_string (buf) is not a proper solution, all the rc-handling code should be removed or replaced by css engine usage.

unfortunately this patch breaks the gtk2 build, and we still need to be able to dual build ido for gtk2 and gtk3. For now I think it is just best to build with -Wno-error=deprecated-declarations
