using the wrong way to moderate

When I try to add an idea, it has to go to moderation first, then to all.

Ubuntu Brainstorm should be like all other sites:
it goes to all first
if it isn't reported as abusive or offensive or whatever, it remains
if it's reported as abusive or offensive or whatever, it's removed

What if the moderators are wrong? How is the community going to know?
