Bug Description
Users are allowed to vote on their own suggestions.
We want to disallow the author of the suggestion to vote on a suggestion that was proposed by him/her.
Is there an option to do this? If not such a facility(allow voting on own suggestion? Yes/No) should be available.
Any workarounds to achieve the disallowing would also be appreciated.
