PostgreSQL error on install

When I first enable the Ideatorrent module of a clean install and enpty database, I get this errors:

    * warning: pg_query() [function.pg-query]: Query failed: ERROR: language "plpgsql" already exists in /www/netmekte/www/htdocs/includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 140.
    * user warning: query: CREATE LANGUAGE plpgsql; in /www/netmekte/www/htdocs/sites/e-kogam.kz/modules/ideatorrent/ideatorrent.function.php on line 38.

Have no experience with PostreSQL and no idea what this means.

Also get this when uninstall module on admin/build/modules/uninstall page:

    * warning: pg_query() [function.pg-query]: Query failed: ERROR: must be owner of language plpgsql in /www/netmekte/www/htdocs/includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 140.
    * user warning: query: DROP LANGUAGE plpgsql; in /www/netmekte/www/htdocs/sites/e-kogam.kz/modules/ideatorrent/ideatorrent.function.php on line 38.
