User ranking in Brainstorm always ends in 'th'

Bug Description
The user rank in Brainstorm always has a 'th' at the end, even if the rank ends in 1, 2, or 3. This needs to be corrected to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.

This bug is still present in Brainstorm v2.
Also, I just noticed the bug in this idea: xx11th, xx12th, and xx13th should be suffixed with 'th', even though they end in 1, 2, and 3.
