"See the X comments" should link to comments anchor

In any Brainstorm page displaying a list of Ideas, each Idea "post" includes a hyperlinked "See the X comments" that links to the Idea. This hyperlink should link not to the Idea itself, but to an anchor on the Idea page. This anchor should be placed at the opening of the Comments DIV, for two reasons:

1) The Idea title already hyperlinks to the Idea page itself.

2) Including "comments" in the hyperlink text implies that the link is to the comments to the idea, not to the idea itself. Thus, the hyperlink is ambiguous and potentially confusing. Hyperlinking directly to the comments DIV will reduce potential confusion, and will increase usability/efficiency.
