Lenovo Y720 Requires rfkill workaround

The Lenovo Legion Y720 does not have a WiFi key, so rfkill hard disables it by default. It requires an entry in the hw rfkill dmi list.

I've attached a patch. I can push it to the mailing list if you like (my subscription request seems to have gone into a void somewhere, but I'll pursue it if need be).
