icopy "dissapears" when clicking "printer options" and it crashes in a second copy

When I click on "printer options" the application "dissapears".

I checked on Task manager and the icopy.exe close unnexpectly.

steps I took:
I elminate all frame work software. I reinstalled and update the latest (3.5 is my current), I installed 4.0 after after trying every version, it did not work neither.

I reinstall Icopy after every change on the software and I experienced the same problem, I tried it in english and spanish(since spanish is my native language), it does the same and it does not give me a crash report.

Computer:
AMD Sempron Processor
LE-1250
1 GB of ram
Windows XP P SP3, uptodate on updates.
Scanner: HP Office Jet Pro L7590 aio (connected USB)
Printer: HP Laserjet P2035n (connected USB)

It also happens that after the 1st copy the program crashes for the 2nd one, I quit the application and then it copies again , so it works one copy at a time.
