Script to convert .ics files to ical-tcl format.

I attach a perl script which acts as a filter which, given a .ics file generates an ical-tcl format file.

There are two modes:
1 ics2ical.pl file.ics >> ~/.calendar

2 ics2ical.pl --book file.ics > file.ical
   file.ical can then be imported into ical-tcl with the "File/Include Calendar" menu option.

The script is valid perldoc, so
   pod2man /home/werdna/bin/ics2ical.pl > ics2ical.man
   pod2html /home/werdna/bin/ics2ical.pl > ics2ical.html

Whilst this is not a solution to the ics-support blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ical-tcl/+spec/ics-support I am using it in anger to add appointments to my .calendar
