Bug Description

The bot can join invite-only rooms on IRC and SILC, and password-protected ones on IRC (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ibid/+bug/502294) but Jabber MUCs can be password-protected, as can SILC rooms.

We also need support for passwords/keys in config files.
