Those HTML entities should be unescaped...

No they shouldn't, because the Twitter website also shows them. IOL shouldn't
be putting HTML into their tweets. Also, they should fix their database.

The database breakage is rather lolz.

BUT, ibid is showing "&lt;b&gt;", instead of "<b>" -- which is what is
shown on the twitter site. Ibid should show what is shown on the
twitter site.
