Bug Description
having what seems to be time out's with the php time clock.
12 hourly's employee's on the PHP server and when attempting to retrieve a simple detail report or and summary does not get through the alphabetized surnames. Stops spinning and spits out the last employee that it can crunch through. The work around is to run only 6 people and then the next 6 for the summary and details. Seems the PHP clock should be able to crunch through more than 12 employee's for a report.

I need to tweak the server settings to try to make this run faster, will update when I get a chance.
