Is there any update on this? I have restarted 'rsync' in Windows Services, but this did not resolve the problem.

You did what I was going to suggest.

https://wiki.archive.org/twiki/bin/view/BooksGroup/MekelIASetup#Install_rsyncd

So, two things:

1) Restart rsync
2) Check firewall settings

Last time this happened, the culprit was the firewall settings

I tried both suggestions, but the issue still occurs.

Also, this error is different than last time. In this case, the uploader states that rsync is 'normal'.

I should have mentioned it earlier, but yes, I tried rebooting.

Dan, here's the latest:

01p-08p, and 10p should all be able to upload.

03p, 04p, 07p, and 10p do not currently work.

Thanks for looking into this.

Other notes:

Venus confirmed that we occasionally get Windows update requests (in the form of pop-ups). She says that operators are told to ignore those, but it's possible that "OK" was clicked on accident? That, perhaps, could have caused some issues with Rsync - if it rsync was viewed as a security threat somehow.
