Bug Description

microfilm06p: besides the C: drive, there are two additional drives, the D: drive and the N: drive

Currently, the D drive is not being detected.

The following message appears on boot-up:
Drive 2 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-2
Alert! Failed to detect on or more drives during POST.

note: I checked the SATA cables inside of the computer; all cables were connected correctly.
note2: I ran a series of tests available at boot-up; no errors in hardware were detected
note3: I ran the 'Rescan Disks' action in the 'Disk Management; menu; no additional drive was found

This problem is still unresolved. Additionally, we had a power outage this past week and now the HDD for C:/ needs to be replaced (the HDD currently makes a ticking noise and does not boot up Windows). Ken said that he is ordering a new HDD.
