convert jp2000 format to jpg for imaging LP on scribe

Bug Description
LP Inserts will sometimes include booklets with binded pages that will not lay flat. These pages were being scanned with a flatbed scanner. For efficiency purposes, it makes more sense to shoot these types of inserts on a scribe. However, the jp2000 format can not be utilized or viewed on an LP details page. Need these types of special scribe jobs to be converted to jpg.
