We trained hospitals manager on using the system in data export and use for planning, recruitment

The following needs to resolved

- Salary scale must be an entry filled when creating position of employee instead of being linked with Salary. This is because the Salary changes every year of the budget for the government and FBO. Since the figures changes every time. But when it is set under Administer Database it is standardized linking with Salary Scale. For example if it Tsh 200000 - 400000 The scale could be TGS B.1 but when the salary changes 250000 - 450000 the scale is TGS B.1 in that case you can changed every time the salary to the standard lists. What we can do is to create as entry when creating a new position.
