Bug Description
Posting Block and District select value option (of Posting and Promotion section) in the single page data entry form of Bihar HRIS is not working.

This is an issue with the changes to TreeSelect in revesion 2953 of I2CE. I have reverted the changes to fix the issue with the India sites.
