Bug Description
When editing a node, if you try to quit, the "save" dialogue appears (not visible) behind the node editor window.

Only on MacOS. Seems to have appeared after switching to Java 7. Previously, the "quit" menu item seems to have been disabled when other windows besides main are open. Could it be due to different parameters passed to the JVM in the info.plist?
