feed-pqm repeats itself

I was going through the review queue, and there are two "approved" entries, but one needs a little bit of tweaking.

So I skipped the first one with 'n' and then 's'ubmitted the second one. It then took me back to the first one which I had already skipped.

I don't really know why, but it did take me a few looks back and forth to make sure that it really was the same entry and I could just ignore it gaain.

This may be my fault, as feed-pqm seems to only look at approved entries. I thought it would go through everything. If it is only meant for stuff in the approved state, then this could be changed to say that there isn't any indication that you have gone through the whole list. (I now have one approved state, and everytime I hit next it just re-displays the one I already have.)

It loops over all the approved mps. This is not the most effective or clearest ui. Probably instead it should tell you about all the mps and let you pick one. But that might be even slower. :-O

Also perhaps it should skip ones where either

- you've already said all you want to say
- it can see they're already queued
