Bug Description
New ISP block enabled with Strix-Halo to support modern design that goes over MIPI interface to launch Camera operation. With the coming OEM platform, AMD will introduce this ISP block to enhance the camera for more image processing.

This depends on bug 2068001 to to bring up amdgpu for Strix-Halo.
