Bug Description
[Impact]
AMD GPU hang when screen off/on.
error log:
kernel: [drm:dc_
[Fix]
Keep a PHY active when detecting DP signal + DPMS active.
[Test]
Tested on 3 AMD platforms, GPU works fine.
[Where problems could occur]
Low risk, the fix is in v6.4-rc1.
Generic Jammy kernel doesn't need this commit because of no support of
AMD Phoenix GPU.
SRU for Lunar/oem-6.1 kernel.
