Bug Description
[Impact]
Connect a type-c to HDMI converter to the machine and set the display to external monitor only, the X crashes when resumed if you unplug the cable during suspend(s2idle).

Verified on Dell machine, can't reproduce this issue and not visible regression can be observed.
[Regression Potential]
Low, it pass fwts suspend test 30 times, and no any regression can be observed.
