Screen freeze after resume from S3 when HDMI monitor plugged.
This bug can be reproduced in both AC/DC mode.
This bug can be reproduced after disabled TLP.

1. Plugged the HDMI monitor and boot
2. Enter S3 and resume from S3
3. The screen is frozen during login screen

Expected: The screen does not be frozen.
Actual: The screen is frozen
