Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-
When the network detection fails, U1's control panel displays a warning which is very ugly. It causes scrollbars to appear on the window, for a start, it expects the user to know what Network Manager is, it depends on Network manager which may not be the running connection manager, and it doesn't offer any path for the user to address the problem.
We should mock up and then implement a classier warning.

Is this still an issue with the new control panel?
