Bug Description
To notice the behavior on a default install:
1: Open sticky notes [via add to panel] and add a note.
2: Now when a note is open , notice the note has 2 resize icons on the bottom left and right.
3: When the user hovers over these designated resize areas , the pointer does not change[to a resize pointer] and remains the same arrow.
- The pointer changes to a resize pointer only when the user presses the resize icons.
- This is inconsistent from the rest of the system where a mouse-hover will trigger the pointer change to a resize.
[This is not a bug but rather a design flaw in sticky notes.]
Suggestion:
The pointer needs to change to a resize pointer on hover.

Not a paper cut, because it does not affect many users. Maybe this alleviates a pain for 1 in 1,000 users? Probably many fewer, as the sticky notes applet is less discoverable than Tomboy so users would not keep looking for a sticky app after finding Tomboy.
