Bug Description
Currently the closing animation is set to "glide 2". There is little justification for that, as the closing experience is by no means a simple "reverse" of opening. When the user closes the window, he just expects it to go away quickly and smoothly, no "outroduction" is required. It is also particularly disruptive on slow machines (like Dell Mini 9) - the animation isn't very smooth and it gives the impression of the window randomly collapsing.
Changing the animation to quick (150ms) fade provides a much more elegant and smooth effect, and a better overall experience.

I agree with the glide2 being weird for a close, But
There seems to be a design decision to use glide2 > https:/
Really weird effect for a close though!
